Deep Cleaning

THE COMPLETE RESET — IDEAL AS A FIRST CLEAN

Our deep clean is a top-to-bottom reset for your space — every accessible surface, corner, and fixture cleaned thoroughly. It's the ideal starting point for a new client, a space that hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, or anyone who wants their place to truly feel spotless.

Bedrooms, Living Room & Common Areas

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean blinds
  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Change bed linens (provided by client)
  • Clean interior windows
  • Dust ceiling fans (within reach)
  • Clean door handles, light switches, baseboards, and doors
  • Clean all mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Empty and replace trash bags
  • Vacuum and mop floors
Note: we do not move furniture heavier than 30 lbs.

Bathrooms

  • Clean countertops, sink, and cabinet exteriors
  • Clean mirrors and light fixtures
  • Polish faucets and fixtures
  • Clean toilet (inside and outside)
  • Clean shower and/or bathtub
  • Replace and arrange towels (provided by client)
  • Clean doors and baseboards
  • Empty and replace trash bags
  • Vacuum and mop floors

Kitchen

  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Clean and disinfect sink
  • Clean backsplash
  • Clean countertops and cabinet exteriors
  • Clean microwave (inside and outside)
  • Clean and polish appliances
  • Empty and replace trash bags
  • Vacuum and mop floors

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

HAND OVER A SPOTLESS SPACE — OR ARRIVE TO ONE

Our move-in / move-out clean includes everything in our deep cleaning checklist — plus the extra detail that comes with an empty space. We focus on the areas that usually get overlooked when furniture's in the way and make sure every inch is move-ready.

What's included on top of deep cleaning:

  • Inside empty cabinets and drawers (kitchen & bathrooms)
  • Inside the oven, if empty (standard with move-out)
  • Inside the refrigerator, if empty (standard with move-out)
  • Baseboards, door frames, and switch plates throughout
  • Interior windows and window sills in every room
  • Closet shelves and interior surfaces
  • Full floor treatment in every room, including behind doors
Pricing for move-in/out depends on square footage and condition. Send photos or a short video with your quote request for the most accurate estimate.

Post-Construction Cleaning

FROM FINISHED JOBSITE TO MOVE-IN READY

After a renovation or build-out, everyday cleaning isn't enough — construction leaves behind fine dust, residue, and debris that settle into every surface. Our post-construction clean tackles all of it so your space is ready to live or work in.

What's included:

  • Remove construction dust from all surfaces, including high points
  • Debris pickup and disposal (standard-volume)
  • Clean window tracks, sills, and interior glass
  • Vents, light fixtures, and ceiling fans dusted
  • Cabinet interiors and shelves wiped down
  • Stickers and manufacturer labels removed from appliances and fixtures
  • Full floor treatment — vacuum, sweep, and mop
  • Bathrooms and kitchen returned to turnkey condition
Post-construction pricing varies significantly based on project size and condition. We strongly recommend a walk-through or photos before quoting.

Recurring Cleaning

Recurring cleanings keep your home or business consistently spotless between deep cleans. Same trusted team, tailored to your space, on the schedule that works for you. Most clients start with an initial deep clean, then transition into a regular rotation.

Solo Cleaner

PERSONAL HELP ON YOUR SCHEDULE

Need an extra pair of hands? Our solo cleaner service is billed hourly and tailored to what you need most — whether that's organizing, laundry, light cleaning, or running errands around the house. Perfect for busy professionals, new parents, or anyone who just needs help keeping life moving.

What your solo cleaner can help with:

  • Light cleaning and tidying
  • Laundry washing, folding, and organizing
  • Closet and pantry organization
  • Dishes and kitchen reset
  • Bed making and linen changes
  • Grocery unpacking and putting away
  • Light errand running (within reason)
  • Prepping spaces for guests or events
Solo cleaner is billed at an hourly rate with a minimum booking. Ask about bundling with recurring service for preferred rates.

    To avoid surprises and receive an accurate quote, clients can send photos or a short video in advance.

    We bring cleaning products and equipment

    You don't need to supply anything — we arrive fully stocked with professional-grade products and tools.

    Clients provide trash bags

    This is the one supply we ask clients to have on hand, to match your preferred size and type.

    Bed linens are provided by the client

    If you'd like us to change the beds, please leave clean linens out before we arrive.

    We don't move furniture over 30 lbs

    For safety and to avoid damage, we clean around larger furniture rather than relocating it.
